The Netherlands Architecture Institute is located in the centre of Rotterdam, at approximately 15 minutes' walk from Rotterdam Central Station. The NAI is part of the Museum Park, and is located diagonally across from the Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum. The NAI can be reached by public transport by taking the metro (Eendrachtsplein station), tram lines 4 or 7 (Eendrachtsplein stop) or bus 32 (Rochussenstraat stop). There is a limited number of paid parking spaces at the NAI. There are parking garages at about five to ten minutes' walk.

Accessibility by Public Transportation
The RDM Campus is situated on the left bank of the Maas. It is easy to reach with the Aqualiner * a ferry that runs between Rotterdam city center and RDM Heijplaat. The Aqualiner departs from the Willemskade, the last stop of tram 7; every hour it makes a 15-minute trip to the other side. The boat can seat 150 passengers and has room for 50 bicycles. It is totally suitable for people with physical disabilities. A return ticket costs € 4. NAI visitors pay the reduced price when showing admission tickets purchased from the NAI on the same day. The Aqualiner only operates Mondays through Fridays. On Saturday and Sunday, a shuttle service will sail between Willemskade-RDM from 1.00 - 5.00 pm. Costs: €1.50.
The RDM can also be reached by bus from the Zuidplein subway exit. During the week, take bus 61 and, in the weekend, bus 68.

Follow the signs to Harbor Number 2600.
There is ample free parking space near the RDM Campus.

Accessibility
The ferry to Buiksloterweg departs every 5 minutes from the quay at the rear of the Amsterdam Central Station. It is free of charge. The Tolhuistuin is located 100 meters from the ferry stop, on the left-hand side.
